If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Exchanges and refunds

we are fully  compliant with the consumer protection act (Distance selling) Act, which provides for a 7 day cooling off period after an order has been placed during this time good maybe cancelled or returned (as long as there in unused and their original packaging). If the return is  within 21 ays from purchase and with the original packing and receipt then we will give you a full refund. However you be responsible for the postage fo returning the item to us. unless the item is faulty or sent by mistake.
